I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on the nights of 31st May and 1st June, which was meant to be a special occasion to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely distressing and disappointing for my entire family. We had booked a 2-night stay, but were forced to check out after just one night due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit in our room. Despite raising the issue with the hotel staff on the night of 31st May, no technician support was provided, and we were left to endure a sleepless night in a suffocating room. My young son was particularly uncomfortable and restless, which added to our distress. The situation escalated to the point where I had to vacate the room in a state of panic on the morning of 1st June, well before the standard checkout time of 11:00 AM. I informed the receptionist in an orderly manner and explained the situation clearly. While I did receive an apologetic email from the receptionist, the compensation offered was inadequate and dismissive, especially considering we were unable to use the hotel’s services properly and had our special occasion completely ruined. I am still awaiting a proper resolution and a fair compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and emotional distress caused. I request your urgent intervention in this matter and hope to hear back from you at the earliest.

Relaxed holiday in a beautiful property

The way each lodge is designed and constructed is really thoughtful and enables to enjoy the atmosphere there with privacy. The lodges are compact and functional and it has almost all amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. A very beautiful stay.

Highly recommend

Everyone was so kind. Loved the rooms and the indoor playground for the kids! The dinner took a while to arrive and it was expensive but all in all we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

What I was expecting a quiet environment to just rest and the place is the best! The only downside is how the house, the kitchen should have been designed practically, I understand the bins are the old milk containers and it is because of the vibe of the house, however it is tearing the plastic liner this i would strongly change. Although tje house is clean, there is a huge amount of dust build ups ny the headboards of the bed i understand this is difficult to clean because it is rough wood so I have to clean this myself. The bathroom is nice however i would insist that maintenance will have to resolve the misaligned glass doors as water flow alot outside the shower cabin.

Great family stay

It was a great stay. We all enjoyed the house and its surrounding. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing and great to have an indoor playground as well. The kids loved it.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The lodges and environment are so cosy and pretty. Friendly and really helpful staff. Being able to rent e-mtbs added great fun to explore the beautiful nature around. And the yoga spot is amazing! A true gem, wed like to visit again in the future.

I really liked the location of the complex, the facilities, the customer service, the size of the accommodation, the sauna and the air conditioning but the accommodation was very dark on the inside - dark colors on the ceiling, walls and floors, little sunlight and insufficient lighting. Also, the provided vacuum cleaner was of low quality - constantly opening during use. Overall, I had a very good experience but I think it could be better.
